MONITORING

We have identified the root cause of the intermittent service disruption. Certain application functions were triggering elevated database load and CPU utilization across the platform, which led to the observed performance issues. A hotfix was successfully deployed on May 4 at 8:00 PM CT to address this issue. All systems are now operating as expected. We will continue to closely monitor platform performance to ensure continued stability.
