Description

An infrastructure upgrade to eVisit’s Bluestream BETA environment is scheduled for Tuesday, July 16th at 6am PDT. We expect this maintenance to last no more than 2 hours. During this time, users will not be able to login or utilize the Bluestream BETA environment. This does not have any impact on the eVisit Bluestream Production environment and does not affect the eVisit Core, eVisit Express, or eVisit Consult products. [Investigating] The eVisit Core platform is currently experiencing a partial service interruption following the scheduled deployment for the August Release. We are actively investigating the issue and will provide an update as more information becomes available. This impacts the eVisit Core and eVisit Express platforms. This does not impact the eVisit Bluestream or eVisit Consult platforms.

[Resolved] We have received multiple reports that the eVisit Core platform is now operating as expected. All internal testing and monitoring further supports that the issue is now resolved.
