We are aware of an active issue impacting the delivery of emails sent from the eVisit Core Platform. Currently, many email notifications sent from the application are not being received as expected. Patients with Gmail address are primarily impacted.
SMS notifications are functioning normally and are not affected.
Our engineering team is actively investigating the issue and working toward a resolution. We will provide updates as additional information becomes available.

RESOLVED
We have identified the root cause of the issue causing failed email delivery and deployed a solution to ensure email notifications are delivered successfully.
As of 7:30pm ET 3/5/26, all systems are performing as expected. We will continue to monitor email delivery performance throughout the week.
