We have identified root cause for delays on the eVisit Core platform and have developed a fix that will be included in the scheduled release deployment in the evening on January 28th.  We have increased infrastructure resources on the eVisit Core platform to mitigate the impact in the interim, and will continue to monitor platform performance.
